• Barbados Cultural Association of BC: I designed, created and was webmaster for this non-profit site, which earned a Certificate of Appreciation. Written using Frontpage.
• Imagination Boulevard: I designed and created the original version of this pre-school daycare site, much of it was written in raw HTML.
• Teens Crossing Cultures: This site was designed to help teens deal with interracial issues.
• CAATS Intranet Website: As department manager for this company site owned by Raytheon, I converted over 150 manuals and specifications from Word, FrameMaker to HTML using doc-to-html and to PDF using Adobe Acrobat. Site is Company Restricted.

Manuals

• Training Modules for Satellite Ground Station Upgrades, (avg. 150 pages each), MDA for Brazilian Government contract.

• Instruction Manuals for Satellite Image Catalogue Browsing (avg. 75 pages each), MDA for Brazilian Government contract.

• Factory Qualification and Acceptance Tests, (avg. 200 pages each), EarthWatch QuickBird project.

• Configuration Management Plan and Procedures, (100 pages), ISO 9000 Certification.

Training Courses

• CAATS Engineering Training Program, for Raytheon Canada on a NavCanada contract to train air traffic controllers and maintainers.  Designed and created, during a 1.5 year period, numerous documents and a website (over 500 pages) for classroom and self-paced study.  Used numerous text, drawing, screen capture, and web creation tools.

Presentations

• "How to Purchase a Computer" for Barbados Cultural Association of BC.

• "Configuration Management in Software Development” MDA Intra-company University session.  Created presentations using Powerpoint and Visio.

• Wrote and presented numerous business presentations in connection with my former occupation as a QA and Test Manager.
